The use of the WWW.SUNDARSTORE.COM website and all its domains and sub domains, will be understood as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree and do not accept the terms and conditions in an absolute and complete way, the user must refrain from accessing, using or observing the website WWW.SUNDARSTORE.COM 

RULES FOR THE USE OF THE WWW.SUNDARSTORE.COM SITE

 

You can only buy products:

1. That they are available for sale and whose details appear with available stock.

2. Home delivery is throughout the Mexican Republic and the United States, complying with the minimum information for delivery.

3. SUNDAR STORE reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion when the shipment does not meet all the security elements required to deliver the product in the best conditions.

4.- The perception of the items received may vary with the items received.

 

PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCESS.

1. Select the product (s) of your interest. The system will allow you to see if the products are available. Products with the "OUT OF STOCK" message are not available at this time.

2. Once you have selected the product (s) you want to purchase, they will be included in the shopping cart allowing you to see the number of pieces and the amount corresponden to each selected product.

3. At the end of the product selection process (s) and its verification, you must click on the "GO TO PAYMENT" button.

4. It will be necessary for you to provide us with your name, email, delivery address and telephone number (these data are elements that will allow us to process your purchase and delivery to your address). If you have a discount code, you can use it by clicking "Do you have a discount coupon?".

5. When finished, you must click the "Continue" button and select one of the shipping options indicated by the system.

6. You must select "Credit card" in "PAYMENT OPTIONS" and you will be redirected to the PayPal platform where it will be mandatory to complete the registration form in all fields with valid data and exact, precise and true personal information. After this we will have an authorization from the issuing bank of your credit or debit card for the amount indicated in your purchase order. At this point in the process, we will not withdraw funds from your card, although the available balance on your card will be reflected at the time the authorization is approved. This process is the usual procedure that banks follow when verifying card details and security codes. If your credit card is not authorized, the order will not be processed and you will receive an email indicating the reason for the cancellation. By selecting this payment method, you accept the terms and conditions published by PayPal.

7. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive a second email mentioning the acceptance of your order and you will be notified that the payment has been confirmed. At this time your order will be processed and will be sent to you in a period of no more than 24 business hours. Delivery time will be 3 to 9 business days. SUNDAR STORE has the complete freedom to decide with which parcel to send your purchase order.

8. When your purchase order is processed by our warehouse, you will receive a third email mentioning your tracking number along with the indications for proper tracking of it.

9.- The package will be delivered to the address registered in your purchase order by one of the packages contracted by SUNDAR STORE.

 

PRICE AND VALIDITY OF OFFERS POLICY.
SUNDAR STORE reserves the right to be able to modify the prices of the published products, making prior notifications through the different communication channels that we have (social networks or email).

The offers and discount coupons have a validity period that will be mentioned in each one.

 

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDERS

Once the payment of a purchase order has been approved, we proceed to execute it, from that moment on, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted. SUNDAR STORE does not make purchases of sold merchandise.

 

The details of the products available for purchase (including price, material, measurements and warranty) are specified in the description of each published product. SUNDAR STORE will take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices that appear on SUNDARSTORE.COM are correct.

 

WARRANTY AND POLICIES FOR CHANGES AND COMPOSTURES.

Products that are sent to customers are previously reviewed for their entire satisfaction, so it is given as a product free of defects. It is an indispensable condition that at the time of receipt of the merchandise it is indicated, in the receipt form that is signed to the carrier of the courier company, that the package was fully sealed.
We take care of our products from creation to dispatch, conducting multiple tests to ensure that it will arrive in excellent condition at its destination. However, if you receive by mistake a product with a defect or different in its entirety to the one requested, you can send us an email for the claim and we can solve it as soon as possible.
Send an email to ventas@sundarstore.com with a photo of the product indicating the problem for which you want to make the change. We will contact you as soon as possible to mention a solution, which may be an exchange of the product or a discount coupon for a future purchase without validity of use.
In the event that the reason for the change is due to an erroneous purchase by the user or due to a different perception of colors, the cost of shipping will be borne by the user without any exception.
Changes may be made within 5 business days after receipt of the product. After that date, no claims, exchanges or returns will be accepted. Exchanges or returns of partially or totally used items will not be authorized.
The guarantee of all our products will be established by SUNDAR STORE, from a shipment with product duly reviewed and packaged.
 Special cases will be treated as such.
As soon as you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, it will be necessary to notify you immediately by sending an email to ventas@sundarstore.com attaching a photograph and video mentioning the defect. This process can be carried out within 5 days after receiving the product.
All products sold on WWW.SUNDARSTORE.COM have a six-month guarantee that covers manufacturing defects and is not valid due to misuse. In the event that the product has a manufacturing defect, it must be reported immediately.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES.

The product is considered the property of SUNDAR STORE with all inherent rights as long as the user has not paid for his purchase order.
Shipments will be made to the Mexican border by Estafeta and by UPS within the United States. Otherwise, and out of necessity, SUNDAR STORE has the complete freedom to decide with which courier company to make the shipment.
Delivery times can vary from 3 to 9 business days depending on the zip code of your address.
In the event that the purchase order is not delivered within the promised time, SUNDAR STORE will be responsible for making a report with the contracted courier company. The user will not have the right to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation in the event of a delay in the delivery of the product. It is not possible to make cancellations due to delay on behalf of the contracted courier company and it is the user's obligation to correctly follow up with the tracking number provided by email. SUNDAR STORE disclaims blame for delays in delivery.

 

 

SALE TO MINORS

SUNDAR STORE does not intentionally sell to minors, so parents and guardians are encouraged to carry out product purchase or registration activities on the WWW.SUNDARSTORE.COM website themselves.

 

ELECTRONIC BILLING

 

SUNDAR STORE issues monthly invoices to the General Public corresponding to the sales made in this period.
In the event that you need electronic invoicing for the purchase, it will be necessary to request it by sending your data to ventas@sundarstore.com. Invoices for orders from months prior to the current month cannot be issued. The invoice is only issued as a Mexican company.
The digital tax receipt will be delivered no later than 3 business days following the completion of the operation and, at the request of the client, providing the correct data. SUNDAR STORE will not be able to re-invoice or issue subsequent invoices.

 

ADDITIONAL

Occasionally, SUNDAR STORE may review, update and / or add to the Terms and Conditions of Use herein the terms and conditions that in its opinion are appropriate for the service provided through the WWW.SUNDARSTORE.COM website. which will be published on said site for reading and acceptance.
The user acknowledges and accepts that said additional terms are an integral part of this for all legal purposes that may arise.
